Common Questions About Dumpster Rentals
We believe in honest pricing with zero hidden charges. Our team outlines all rental terms up-front regarding time limits, weight limits, prohibited materials, and overloading rules. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, or cash.
What information do I need to place an order?
Please have these details ready when you call or fill out the form: how long you will need the dumpster on your site. The type of waste you are tossing (e.g., clean concrete, construction debris, roofing materials). Drop-off instructions, including any gate codes, site contact names, or tight clearance issues. Whether the container will sit on private property or a public street.
How do I prepare for the dumpster placement?
Before our driver arrives, please make sure the drop zone is entirely clear of vehicles, equipment, and low-hanging wires or tree branches. Our drivers can place containers wherever you request, provided it does not create a safety hazard. Note: Placing a dumpster on a public street must comply with local city rules and usually requires a street-use permit.
How much waste can go into the dumpster?
You can fill the dumpster as long as the weight stays within the legal tonnage limits. For safe transport on the highway, nothing can protrude or stick out above the top rim of the dumpster. If the container is overloaded, you will be responsible for taking out the excess material before we can legally haul it away.
What happens once the container is full?
When your dumpster is full, just call our dispatch office. We will schedule a quick swap dropping off a fresh, empty container and hauling away the full one so your crew keeps moving without any downtime. When your project is completely finished, let us know and we will schedule the final pickup.
